In 2022, life brought a series of challenges \u2014 a diabetes diagnosis, an unexpected layoff, and my husband stepping down from his startup. These events deeply affected my mental health, triggering <a href=\"https:\/\/mywellbeing.me\/blog\/anxiety-nervous-system-break-free\/\">anxiety<\/a> attacks and <a href=\"https:\/\/mywellbeing.me\/blog\/emotional-hangover\/\">emotional exhaustion<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To cope, I turned to <a href=\"https:\/\/mywellbeing.me\/blog\/breathing-exercise-for-sleep\/\">breathing exercises<\/a>, mindfulness, and books on <a href=\"https:\/\/mywellbeing.me\/blog\/journaling-and-affirmations-for-healing\/\">emotional healing<\/a>. These tools helped me regain balance, strength, and clarity.<br>They also sparked a realization:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If simple, intentional practices could help me heal\u2026<br>they could help others too.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This inspired the creation of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mywellbeing.me\/\">My Well-Being App<\/a><\/strong>, launched on <strong>20 March 2023<\/strong>. It started small \u2014 with a journal to express emotions, soothing breathing exercises, and affirmation categories like Motherhood, Sleep, and Wellness.
